It starts with a conversation, not a form.
Four weeks from that call to a plan you have agreed to, with the goals and the figures we will track already set. Here is exactly how it goes.
Calibration is the onboarding
The first weeks are not paperwork. They are the calibration itself — reading what has already happened, agreeing what you are aiming at, and fixing the numbers we will track against for the rest of the year.
A conversation
Exploratory, on your schedule. Nothing is asked of you on the call, and if we are not the right fit you will hear that first.
Records
You authorize access, which takes a few minutes. We pull three years of returns, transcripts and the worksheets behind them.
We build the Plan
Every figure read by hand and checked. You receive the Calibration Plan before we meet, so you have read it once already.
The Review
About an hour together. You pick a step size for each indication, and those choices set the goals and the numbers we track.
Orchestration
The calendar starts running: who does what, and when. You hear from us before decisions come due, not after.
The Calibration Plan sets the terms for the whole year
It is not a summary of your return. It is the document that establishes where you stand, what is worth doing, and — once you have chosen your step sizes at the Review — the specific goals and figures every later update is measured against.
Three years read together, your position against the lines that matter this year, and which tax rates actually touch you.
Every finding numbered, with the rule behind it, what it is worth against your own numbers, and three sizes of step.
What happens when, who owns it, and the short list of things only you can do.
The figures behind every recommendation, so nothing in the plan has to be taken on trust.
At the Review we go through it together and you choose a step size for each indication. Those choices become the goals; the figures behind them become what we track.
