Privacy & Terms

What we hold, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it.

Tax work requires the most sensitive records a household has. These are the terms that govern them, in plain language.

What we collect

The records required to prepare and plan: returns, W-2s and 1099s, brokerage and plan statements, closing documents, and whatever you send us directly. Where you authorize IRS record access, we retrieve transcripts and worksheets under that authorization only.

Why we hold it

To prepare your returns, to build and maintain your Calibration Plan, and to meet the record-retention obligations that apply to a paid preparer. Nothing is collected because it might be useful later.

What we never do

We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it to solicit you for products. We receive no compensation from any third party in connection with your data, and no referral in the Gnetwork involves fee-sharing.

Who sees it

Mark Gallivan. There is no account team. Where a specialist needs a document to advise you, we ask you first and send only what that question requires.

How it is held

Through the secure portal and encrypted storage. Documents are not exchanged over ordinary email; when you receive a request from us it will always route through the portal.

The limits of what is here
